• Transition To Practice (TTP) Program. Created and implemented Essentia Health’s TTP program, which is a two-year professional development and onboarding program for new physical therapy hires to increase employee engagement and retention.
• Dylan Merriman's American Family Agency Employee Development Program. Increased employee productivity by $9,100/yr/person, improve workplace satisfaction by 60% in one week and sustained throughout the year, and increased customer retention by 0.5% when other agencies lost 2% on average. 
• Money Mindset. Coaching guide that helps our clients discover beliefs about money that hold them back from becoming wealthy.
